Currently, classes and personal training sessions continue in the park, on Zoom or in your home gym. The schedule for the next couple of weeks is the following: Monday pilates mat/ball 9am (Zoom), Tuesday and Thursday body weight conditioning (in the park or Zoom), Wednesday yoga/fusion 7pm (on Zoom) and Thursday pilates mat/ ball 6pm (on Zoom). I am planning a new workout for this week that I will call the Fab 5. It is simply 5 exercises...
- Pushups
- Dips (or pull-ups)
- Squats
- Plank with toe taps
- Russian twist
Complete 5 reps of each with a 5 second hold on the last rep followed by 50 second recovery. Repeat 4 more rounds to total 5 rounds. Remember to warm-up and stretch afterwards. Enjoy!!!
Next week, schedule will be open for personal training, partner training, trio training and small group training in my new (beautiful) studio.
