Fall classes begin Monday, September 9th!



Space is limited so reserve your spot now. 

All classes are held at Fit For Life in Burlington (18 Plains Rd W, Unit 4). Please email fitforlifephysio@gmail.com or call at 905.333.3488 to register for any of the following classes. Keep in mind space is limited.

Reformer classes are also available in a private or semi-private format and can be arranged directly by contacting Jill. Reformer classes and Tabata classes are limited to 4 participants. 


MONDAY: 
  • Pilates Reformer Level 2 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
    (no class Sept 23rd and Oct 14th)

TUESDAY: 
  • HIIT/Trail Fit 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.


WEDNESDAY: 
  • Pilates Reformer Level 2 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.
  • Fusion 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
    (no class Sept 18th)

THURSDAY: 
  • HITT/Trail Fit 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.  
  • Pilates Reformer & Mat Level 1 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
  • Pilates Reformer & Mat Level 1 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
