It looks like gyms and fitness studios won't be opening any time soon so now is the time to buck up and purchase some home training equipment. I recommend a yoga mat, stability ball, stretch strap and a set of dumbbells. If you are feeling flush order a TRX (my favourite) and a kettlebell or 2 and a stretch band. These tools will take your workout outdoors as well as in. Invest in yourself.
