TABATA Training is held in the Fit For Life studio on Mondays and Wednesdays and offers a small group format with circuit training.
PILATES Group classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays and again with a small group format.
REFORMER classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, and are limited to 4 participants.
FUN RUN 5km is Friday mornings - the more the merrier, so please come join us!!
