Happy New Year everyone! That means the start of a new year, decade and fitness plan. To start the year off on the right foot let’s plan for a fitness check up. The checkup consists of an assessment of your fitness including your cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. Have a look at your goals. What do you want to accomplish this year?
