Space is currently available in Tuesday morning small group training (HIIT) and pilates reformer Wednesday morning and Wednesday night fusion. All other classes are full, but check with me to see if new classes will be added.
If you find the class schedule isn’t working for you consider personal training or partner training. It is a great way to stay motivated and accountable.

Golden Harvest Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large onion
- 2 leeks (white part only) chopped
- 1 large potato, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 2 cups diced squash
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
Directions:
- In a large pot, melt butter and cook onion and leeks until soft. Stir in potato, carrot and squash; cook, stirring for 3 minutes. Pour in stock, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Purée in food processor or blender until very smooth. Return to pot and add milk and wine (if using) until hot but not boiling.
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with a sprinkle of chives or green onions.
