Are you resistant to weight loss?

Some people can't lose weight no matter what they do. What's going on?

I recently came across this podcast called Nutrition Diva and I find the content and topics very interesting and insightful. Monica Reinagel is the voice behind the podcast and recently she explored the topic about stubborn weight issues and how some people may think their simply resistant to weight loss.

From the discussion about serving sizes, I agree with Monica in that serving sizes can be way off. So my goal with my clients (and myself) is going to be to take 2 weeks next month in September and measure all foods as well as keeping an individual journal of our daily meals and snacks.  It should be an eye opener!
