Thanks to my client Krista I have had a good look at the Heart and Stroke website for their healthy weight management program. IMPRESSIVE to say the least. If you are looking for an easy tool to use simply complete the profile with your name, age, height, waist measurement, etc. along with your food preferences and goal and it provides you an eating plan that you are suggested to follow. After that, login daily to complete the food journal online or paper and start your weight loss program. It's easy to follow and the recipes are simple. The only criticism I have is not to fall for the low fat products. We all know they substitute more sodium or sugar to replace the taste missing from the reduction in fat.
