If you didn't already know, the Fit For Life Physio Team is doing a 5K trail run on September 25th at the donkey sanctuary in Puslinch! We would love you to join us. The fee is $30 if you sign up today or $35 after today. Our team name is Fit For Life Physio. This is a very unique run because the trail is on the farmlands and you will get a chance to see lots of mules and donkeys along the way!
