Pilates and Reformer classes are also available in a private or semi-private format and can be arranged directly by contacting Jill.

All classes are held at Fit For Life in Burlington (18 Plains Rd W, Unit 4). Please email fitforlifephysio@gmail.com or call at 905.333.3488 to register for any of the following classes. Keep in mind space is limited.

Level 1 classes  are geared to those new to Pilates. 
Level 2 classes are geared to those with some experience in Pilates.
Reformer classes and Tabata Training classes are limited to 4 participants. 
Tabata Training is a fast paced timed workout using body weight exercises - a good sweat in a short period of time!
Small Group Training is a mix of circuit and Tabata style training using a variety of equipment such as: TRX, kettle bells, medicine balls and body weight for resistance. A great sweat in a short period of time!
Fusion is a mat workout warming up with some basic yoga movements followed by strong pilates series. The yoga stretches at the end promotes deep relaxation.
