LET ME CHALLENGE YOU - 30 Days 30 Minutes
For the next 30 days I challenge you to complete 30 minutes of exercise. The forms of exercise could be a variety of strength training, cardio training, yoga, pilates, power walk, stretching, hiking, stairs, etc. So, print off a calendar and begin tracking your 30 days of 30 Minutes!
