I am doing it too!

Hey All You 30 Day Challengers! Are you keeping active for 30 minutes every day so far?
I want you to know I am joining you in this quest. This is how my 30 minutes+ per day looked last week: 

  • Monday - Tabata class
  • Tuesday - run
  • Wednesday - skating lesson and pilates class
  • Thursday - Tabata class 
  • Friday - run
  • Saturday - skiing
  • Sunday - snowshoe

There are lots of options to keep us moving for 30 minutes, so tell me how you are doing and share your ideas. Keep up the good work everyone and remember "we all have 24 hours in our day, it just depends on how you use them"!
