New year new you | Winter class schedule


Winter classes begin Monday, January 8 2018



All classes are held at Fit For Life in Burlington (18 Plains Rd W, Unit 4). Please email fitforlifephysio@gmail.com or call at 905.333.3488 to register for any of the following classes. Keep in mind space is limited.

Class Descriptions:

Pilates Reformer using the pilates reformer machine this class is geared to those with some experience in Pilates. Level 1 Classes are geared to those new to Pilates. Level 2 Classes are geared to those who have had some experience in Pilates.
Pilates Reformer/Mat is a gentle class designed for those with joint and/or mobility issues.
Tabata Training/Trail Fit is a fast paced timed workout using body weight exercises - a good sweat in a short period of time! 
Fusion is a mat workout warming up with some basic yoga movements followed by strong pilates series. The yoga stretches at the end promotes deep relaxation.

Reformer classes are also available in a private or semi-private format and can be arranged directly by contacting Jill. Reformer classes and Tabata classes are limited to 4 participants. 


MONDAY: 
  • Tabata Training 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. 
  • Pilates Reformer Level 2 9:00 to 10:00 a.m

TUESDAY: 
  • Reformer & Mat (Gentle) 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. 

WEDNESDAY: 
  • Pilates Reformer Level 2 8:15 to 9:15 a.m.
  • Fusion. 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. 

THURSDAY: 
  • Tabata Training 8:00 to 8:45 a.m.  
  • Pilates Reformer & Mat Level 1 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
