September challenge, are you ready?



To kick off Fall training I am asking all of you to try this...

Keep a journal of your food intake for two weeks and actually measure your quantities.  

Below is a handy chart to help you on this challenge. I will also be completing this challenge so let's see if we are on track and whether we are surprised by our findings after the two weeks.  
(Hint...most people underestimate how much food is on their plate)
