A challenge to keep you motivated this fall

I am copying our next challenge from one of my hardest working clients... thanks Dick!

30 Minutes every day for 30 days


Complete a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise daily for the next 30 days.  You can mix it up with different forms of cardio (cycling, running, power walking, stair climbing, etc) as well as different types of strength training (TRX, pilates, kettlebells, Dumbbells, etc) and don't forget stretching (yoga, foam roller, stability ball, etc).  The secret behind this challenge is that once you commit to 30 minutes you will feel so good you will want to keep going even longer.
