It's important to change up your fitness routine so you don't get stuck in your ways and so to build new muscles. This summer I've added a new plan to my routine which is climbing "The Stairs" at Dundurn Street in Hamilton. The plan is to run from Dundurn stairs to Chedoke stairs, climb up and down once, run back to Dundurn and climb up and down once. It takes about 35 minutes so I hope I get faster as the summer progresses.
