10 Week Challenge! Starts this week!

Who is up for a CHALLENGE? 
Well here it is: Starting this week complete 200 minutes of exercise per week for the next 10 weeks. That's roughly 28.571428 minutes per day : ) Here is how is works...Exercise counts if it is continuous and RAISES your HEARTRATE, CHALLENGES your MUSCLES, and makes you SWEAT. Yes, pilates counts too! Keep a journal or a calendar going and TRACK YOUR ACTIVITIES - watch those minutes add up! This challenge goes until December 25.
